Historical Copies of ICA Model By-Laws for a Worker Cooperative

These copies of the Industrial Cooperative Association (ICA) Model By-Laws go from an early version from the late 1970s to the mature version in the early 1980s. There are the 1983 By-Laws, an explanation and annotation of those By-laws by Peter Pitegoff and myself, and an explanation of the Internal Capital Accounts by myself. Also included was a report on how to establish a democratic worker ownership trust written for the Zimbabwe Promotion Council in the late 1980s. Also included in the Ellerman-Pitegoff law journal article on the law we drafted and which was passed in 1982 in the Massachusetts Legislature. These documents are of only historical interest. The ICA is now the ICA Group and they have the most recent versions on their website https://www.icagroup.org/.
